CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Can I wash my HAPP® diaper bag? 

All HAPP® diaper bags are crafted to be stain and water-resistant, so wiping down the bag with a clean, damp cloth will usually do the trick. For simple spot cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap in a circular motion. Repeat if residual soap remains. Do not wash in washer; never immerse your bag in water, as the waterproofing coatings can be washed away in the washer and the inner linings will delaminate, causing it to pucker.

Can I wash my HAPP® memory foam changing pad?

We recommend spot cleaning the changing pad over all other cleaning methods, however if you must wash it, following these steps may help maintain the integrity of the memory foam:

  • Hand wash with mild soap and cold water
  • Fold up and gently press to squeeze out excess water; do not wring or twist
  • Dry on lowest setting for the shortest amount of time, checking back as needed

Why memory foam if you don't recommend washing it?

Memory foam is temperature-sensitive, softening up when in contact with body heat and absorbing motion to relieve pressure points. We wanted to create a cozy, healthy environment to keep your baby happy during diaper changes and found that memory foam was the best choice in terms of comfort and support.

SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days upon order placement confirmation. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect to receive your package in 3-5 business days once shipped.

RETURNS

We will gladly offer returns within 30 days if you are in any way unsatisfied with your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging with original tags still attached.

To complete your return, please email us with your order number to verify your purchase. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label and a return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Returns from Canada will not be accepted.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@happbrand.com to complete an exchange.

TAX

HAPP charges state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to California. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside California. The applicable tax rates vary by locality. For information concerning California sales tax, please refer to the California BOE website.

WHOLESALE

HAPP merchandise is available at wholesale pricing only to qualified retail buyers who are interested in specialty diaper bags unavailable elsewhere. 

Please email us at sales@happbrand.com and provide us with the name and location of the store, website, and other brands you carry.

HAPP reserves the right to refuse selling to any retailer. At this time HAPP is not accepting new Amazon Third-Party Retailers. All Amazon retailers must be disclosed when opening a new HAPP account.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently only shipping to Canada outside of the United States. Canadian customers will be charged a flat $10 fee for shipping and we unfortunately cannot accept returns from Canada. We are working on offering worldwide shipping, but at this time, cannot ship internationally (outside of Canada). We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us to put in your shipping request to your country.
