dose it come with the changing pad or do you buy seperatly?: Hi! The changing pad and all other accessories are normally sold separately on our website and do not come with the diaper bag.
Does this bag come with stroller straps?: Our bags do not come with stroller straps, but you can use the included messenger strap to hang the bag onto your stroller. Hope that helps!

Are the bottle pockets insulated or lined so that it keeps the bottle warm or cool?: Hi! Our bottle pockets are not insulated. When designing the bag, we wanted to keep it has featherlight as possible and found the insulation material quite heavy so we decided to go without them. However, a lot of mamas tell us they like to use insulated bottles to keep their milk or drinks cold/warm for several hours.
How do you wash/clean the bag? Can it be put in the washing machine on cold/gentle cycle and then air dried? or spot clean only? Thank you!: Hi!
