There are presently no major disruptions to delivery within the United States. However, we are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Our fulfillment times and all shipping times have increased, and estimated arrival dates can be unreliable. Most orders are fulfilled in 2-3 business days and take 6-14 business days for shipping, but please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Due to restrictions on international shipping caused by COVID-19, we have temporarily updated our International Shipping Policy to reflect the current status. We are currently unable to ship to many locations we normally serve, and any international locations we are currently shipping to are experiencing severe delays. We are unable to guarantee a delivery timeline to any location.

Some international customers have been using forwarding companies and virtual addresses to circumvent our current shipping limitations. Because we have found this is not a reliable method, we strongly recommend against using a forwarder or virtual address. HAPP cannot be held responsible for the delivery of shipments sent to any forwarder or virtual address. If you plan to use a forwarder or virtual address, you do so at your own risk. HAPP cannot investigate delivery claims and cannot replace these packages.
